Spaces
Each space is a bookable unit in your business.
Clients
Members
The people who rent your spaces, and the ones asking to. The invite sends itself the moment you add somebody.

Every button, link and highlight a member sees. Pick one that carries white text, because it always will.
The portal itself
Booking is members only. Anyone without a login lands on the front door, where they can sign in or apply. Send this link once and they keep it.

How money reaches you
Stripe
A card page per booking. The money goes straight into your own Stripe account, Stripe's fee comes off there, and refunds stay with you.
Square
Retired. Card payments run on Stripe, straight into your own account.
A payment link
Retired. A pasted link can never tell Sondu when it has been paid, so somebody had to mark every booking by hand. Members are no longer shown one. Connect Stripe above instead.
What members see
Off means the card offers a way to pay without naming a figure, which suits an organisation that settles by arrangement.
{MON}, {YYYY} and {NAME} are filled in per member, so the money arrives already labelled.
Invoices and statements
Counting from the invoice being sent means a draft left for a week does not arrive already overdue. The date is stamped when it actually goes out.
Somebody who books 09:00 to 10:00 and again 10:15 to 11:15, with your changeover in between, counts as one continuous block when the multi-hour rate is worked out. Off means every booking prices on its own.
Invoice numbering
Every invoice takes the next number in one unbroken series, because HMRC and the Spanish rules both want a number that follows on from the last. Numbers are never reused, and a revised invoice keeps the number the member already has.
You can jump the series forward, to carry on from an old system. You cannot move it back over a number that has already gone out.

What a member pays
Prices
Leave Reduced empty and everybody pays the standard rate. A member is put on the reduced tier from their own profile.
Block deals
Bulk hours at a better rate. They apply from three hours upward, on the standard tier only, and the bar shows how much of the standard price the deal takes off.
Rate plans
Rate changes
Every pricing change, and who made it. The audit log statements rely on.
Advanced
Calendar feeds
One feed per space. Subscribe Google or Apple Calendar and every booking in that space appears and keeps itself up to date. Anyone holding a link can read that diary, so treat each one like a key. Members get their own feed from inside their app; you do not hand it out.
Export
Everything, as it stands right now, in a spreadsheet. Useful for an accountant, a migration, or a night when you want to look at it in a tool you already know.
Bookings covers the last two years, newest first.
The logs
Booking activity is in Reports: who booked what, when, and on whose behalf.
Neither is repeated here. A log in two places is a log you stop trusting.
